4. Roblox Trading and Item Listings

SV Loot is an independent platform and is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation. By using our trading tools:

• You understand that we do not own, sell, or facilitate the exchange of Roblox items;
• All trades are conducted solely between users and at your own risk;
• We do not offer guarantees, refunds, or dispute resolution;
• You agree not to use bots, automation, exploits, or scripts to manipulate the trading system.

All users must comply with Roblox's Terms of Use and community guidelines when participating in trades.

5. User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt to extract our source code;
• Distribute malware or perform denial-of-service attacks;
• Promote or post hate speech, scams, explicit content, or illegal activity.

Violations may result in suspension, permanent bans, or legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and branding on SV Loot — including but not limited to logos, visuals, designs, and site layout — are owned by SV Loot or its licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the lesser of $100 USD or the amount you have paid to us (if any) for using the Services.

14. SV Loot – Surveys and Reward Redemptions

SV Loot is a rewards feature that allows users to earn virtual credits by completing third-party surveys and offers. It is completely separate from the trading functions of the platform and does not support trading or user-to-user interactions.

By using SV Loot, you agree to the following:

Earning Rewards

Rewards are earned by completing offers or surveys provided by third-party networks. Rewards are only granted when the completion is verified by the provider. We do not control survey availability or approval times.

No Trading or Transfers

SV Loot is not a marketplace. Rewards cannot be traded, sold, gifted, or transferred to other users under any circumstance.

Withdrawals and Redemptions

• You may redeem rewards through available withdrawal methods. All redemptions are final.
• No refunds, reversals, or chargebacks are allowed for redemptions or completed tasks. Attempting a chargeback may lead to permanent account suspension.

Fraud Prevention

The use of bots, emulators, VPNs, fake data, or any exploit to abuse SV Loot is strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Immediate loss of all rewards
• Permanent ban
• Report to offer providers and/or legal action

Third-Party Providers

Surveys and offers are managed by external networks. We are not responsible for content, payout accuracy, tracking issues, or technical errors on their part.

Verification Requirements

We reserve the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals. Failure to comply may result in denied or delayed payouts.

No Guarantee of Earnings

Availability of surveys or offers varies by user and region. Participation does not guarantee any earnings.

Use of SV Loot is voluntary. By participating, you accept all terms and understand that violating the system may lead to forfeiture of rewards and loss of access.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, regardless of your location. You agree to resolve any legal disputes in the courts of the United Kingdom.
